How It Works

Renting a truck with Kaiyo Rentals is quick and easy.

Step 1 – Choose Your Truck

Browse our fleet and select the pickup truck that best fits your needs.

Step 2 – Select Your Dates

Choose your pickup and return dates using our online booking calendar.

Step 3 – Complete Your Reservation

Provide your information, upload any required documents, and pay your deposit or rental fee.

You’ll receive a confirmation with your reservation details.

Step 4 – Pick Up Your Truck

Meet us at the scheduled pickup location.

We’ll inspect the vehicle together and get you on the road.

Step 5 – Return the Vehicle

Return the truck at the agreed time and location.

After the final inspection, your refundable security deposit will be processed according to your rental agreement.
