Rental Requirements
What You’ll Need
To rent a vehicle from Kaiyo Rentals, please have the following ready before pickup:
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance (if required)
- Cash Credit or debit card for payment
- Security deposit
- Signed rental agreement

Driver Requirements
To rent with Kaiyo Rentals, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid driver’s license
- Be legally authorized to drive in the United States
- Meet our insurance and verification requirements

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required before pickup. The amount varies depending on the vehicle and rental period.
If the vehicle is returned on time, in the same condition, and according to the rental agreement, your deposit will be refunded.

Vehicle Pickup
Pickup is by appointment only.
Before leaving, we’ll:
- Verify your documents
- Review the vehicle with you
- Take condition photos
- Answer any questions

Vehicle Return
Please return the vehicle:
- On time
- With the agreed fuel level
- Free of excessive dirt or debris
- In the same condition as when rented
Late returns may result in additional charges.
